Here at TMD, we like to cater to the customer and our Elddis Sorento package is no exception to this rule. Now, to all of you reading this who are no stranger to the TMD website, you may have come across our Sorento enthusiasm previously, and to all of you I can say…sorry not sorry…I’m going to do it again. It’s just that good.

So what is it that makes the TMD Sorento package so good? is it because saying any different would cause the shock collar our director Paul keeps around my neck to fry me like a slice of streaky bacon? BZZZZZT…absolutely not, that would be insane..is it because of the genuine knee trembling fear of Janine’s (also a company director) omnipotent wrath?…Also no, although I do genuinely believe that she could beat a grizzly bear in a fight. Jokes aside it is because the Sorento package takes into account some of the most common customer requests in regards to extra fitted equipment for our motorhomes. Additions such as added cab skylight to allow plenty of natural sunlight, GRP sides that offer a more robust, insulated and weather resistant alternative to aluminium, solar panels that keep your motorhome nicely charged and even WIFI in our 2024 models, these just make the user experience that much better. We’ve also included an external BBQ point, alloy wheels, winter pack, a microwave, dual-fuel hob, USB socket.. We’ve even upgraded the upholstery for our 2024 models for a more stylish interior feel. The list does go on but I only have so many words left and I used half of them on egregious euphemisms that are sure to get me in trouble with the managers.

Moving on to the van itself, the Elddis Sorento 185 has a rear twin single beds and end washroom layout, and personally I believe that this offers a major benefit. Which is, if you’re anything like me and you wake up three flippin’ times a night for a wee, you don’t have to climb over your partner to do so. That and they cant steal your covers if they have their own, although lets be honest they will probably find a way. The lounge at the front is also a comfortable and roomy use of space which also conveniently transforms into a double bed. This is great for those friends who managed to invite themselves along or for parents who opt to let their children sleep inside the van. The twin single beds themselves are excellent for those who’s children cannot or simply will not share a sleeping space. Who would have thought that Elddis and sibling conflict mediation would go hand in hand?

In the washroom we have a separate toilet and shower, so no one ever has to clean water droplets off their toilet ever again. You know.. unless your aim is just that bad…but we can’t really help you with that. There is also a spacious wardrobe area for hanging all your clothes. This use of space is brilliant for those of you who want to get ready in the morning without feeling cramped or even if you prefer the privacy of your own bathroom compared to the public facilities on sites.

Not only does this motorhome come with the excellent selection of equipment I have mentioned above, it also comes with two fold away travel seats that fit neatly underneath the lounge bench seating when not in use. This is in line with Elddis’ berths = belts policy, meaning you can travel and sleep all passengers safe, sound and snug. All of this and yet the price doesn’t require one to sell their kidneys on the black market. What I mean to say is they are exceptionally well kitted out considering the affordable price.
